This Privacy Policy explains how PharmaTell B.V. processes personal data of third parties in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). This policy applies to all processing of personal data by PharmaTell other than processing relating to its employees, applicants and internal staff, for which a separate privacy notice applies.

PharmaTell B.V. (“PharmaTell”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, with its registered office at De Stuwdam 69F, 3815 KM Amersfoort, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 32096432.

2. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data of: - visitors to our website; - business contacts, prospects and customers; - Authorized Users who access PharmaTell Studio on behalf of a subscriber; - other third parties who interact with PharmaTell in a professional context.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to employees, job applicants or contractors acting as staff of PharmaTell.
